Tamesha Kinloch Carter is a proud native of South Carolina, USA. As the CEO of FMTY Luxury Group, the parent company of FMTY Weddings & Events and FMTY Corporate Events located in Augusta, Georgia, she brings over 10 years of experience as a Certified Wedding Planner (CWP) to the event planning industry. Her boutique wedding and event planning company primarily serves Georgia and South Carolina, specializing in providing tailored wedding planning and bridal consulting services for couples seeking the ultimate intimate wedding experience.
A multi-passionate creative, Tamesha loves sharing her talents with others and is always eager to learn something new. She is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Planner Wedding Magazine, a resource she created to guide modern couples through their wedding planning journey while incorporating elements of everyday lifestyle. She takes great pleasure in connecting with others in the wedding and event industry, constantly seeking opportunities to elevate her business.
For the past 10 years, Tamesha has been dedicated to supporting small businesses and nonprofit organizations, assisting them with everything from business startup to achieving 501(c)(3) status. As a small business owner herself, she has a deep connection to her community and is passionate about contributing to its growth.
Tamesha’s life’s work is centered on empowering women to build their self-confidence through positivity, a mission she pursues through her All Bets On Her Confidence Community.
Fun Fact: Tamesha is a wine lover! During the pandemic, she and her cousin Kristy Simpkins started a Wine Club, and it has been a delightful journey.
